Charming and lovely and I’ll be back!

Liked:The hotel is very clean and the staff at the front desk were very kind.

Disliked:I arrived to the continental breakfast at 9 (was told it is finished at 9:30) to find all the hot food empty. I would’ve appreciated a heads up (ie. “make sure you show up before 8:30 for hot food!”) when I was told about the breakfast on arrival. Or if there was a way to communicate that my plan was to attend, so that the amount of food can better reflect the people wishing to use the service.

hotel not worth the price paid for 3 nights

Liked:Breakfast was very poor. No milk available. No bread available . Half the things were empty . Only when requested breakfast items provided . 24 hr coffee / tea available but no milk available. Garbage not picked up inspite of asking front desk to do so . Had to keep garbage outside room then only the staff cleaned and picked up . VERY POOR QUALITY HOTEL NOT WORTH THE PRICE PAID . Parking is NOT available most of the time next to Hotel . Very frustrating at night as Downtown area NOT safe for walking back from a distant parking to Hotel at night.

Disliked:better room service. better breakfast items as advertised
