Disliked:I had a very disappointing experience with WoodSpring Suites Seattle Redmond, and I would not recommend this property. The biggest issue is the complete lack of customer care. The staff seemed indifferent and unwilling to help when there was a problem. It genuinely felt like once they had your money, they simply did not care about you as a customer. I canceled my reservation well in advance, yet I never received the refund I was expecting. I contacted the property about the issue, but instead of trying to resolve it, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of responsibility. Dealing with them was frustrating and extremely unprofessional. Good customer service is not just about providing a room — it is about how you treat people when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, this hotel failed badly in that respect. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking here, especially if there is any possibility that your plans might change.
