Great base for a stay in Redmond

Liked:We spent a couple of nights here during a recent trip to Redmond. The location was good, right across the road from a Walmart Supercenter and commercial district which included all kinds of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Plenty of free parking as well. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, a bit bigger than standard hotel rooms. All the mod cons were available including a good heater, fridge, microwave, TV and good internet. The bathroom was large and could easily handle 2 people at once. The elevator was a bit on the slow side but there were only 3 floors to the hotel so no big deal. The free breakfast was decent with a good variety of hot and cold dishes including a selection of fresh fruit. Check-in and check-out were super easy and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We were going to use the gym but the multigym weight machine was out of order. The only other equipment there was a couple of cardio machines. Disappointing! Overall we had a really good stay and would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at- health hazard

Liked:Absolutely criminal, reeks of cat urine and feces to the point that it made me physically ill. The room is a biohazard. They refused to give the room we booked (king bed) due to discrimination against disabilities. The walls were so thin, did not get a wink of sleep due to noise. You could not pay me to stay here again. There are many better hotels in the area for cheaper. The front desk is smoking cigarettes on a non smoking property- it’s just a mess. I can’t believe other people rated it well.
