clean your place and get an exterminator and cook your food better

Liked:bed was ok comfy good location , woman at the front desk was very nice

Disliked:eggs tasted like they had shasta lake water in it . there was couple roaches in the lobby , first room they gave us was being painted, they have alot of old nasty beds and junk in random storage areas visible , trashy , swim pool has some dirt and tree branches no biggy but not exactly clean , they were cleaning and early in the morning running the vacuum in the hallway and hitting the walls and room doors.

Liked:Basics were met, but the first floor is the only floor that was redone. The rest of the floors feel like the 1990s and not in a good way. the staff was great. It’s just the facilities were below standards. I really appreciate the woman that was refilling and cleaning the buffet stations.

There are better options

Liked:There is a pool.

Disliked:The bathroom was dirty, there was standing water on the floor, the shower curtain rod is sagging so the shower curtain doesn't stay closed. There were 2 bath towels in a room that sleeps 4 people. One of the towels was small. The mattress was not comfortable, had a hard edge on it that hurts every time you get up or sit down. The room was generally not well maintained, there were paint drips on the bathroom counter, drilled holes in the dresser top, and there was a musty smell to the room. The bathroom door is scratched up from a dog. We went in for the breakfast and my son tried to pour milk onto his cereal and it was chunky, 6 days before its expiration date.
