The room was dirty and full of bugs, with mold on the walls and in the shower.
Excellent customer service and staff were super friendly and helpful.
Nice hotel located on the cliffs of Ravello with beautiful views.
Rooms were spacious and had great views, but some issues reported.
The hotel offers good amenities like a shuttle service and a lovely terrace.
Disappointing value when compared to photos and actual experience.
