Check-in from 02:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.

Payment

Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.

Important Information

Please be informed that there is a compulsory national park fee at THB 300 per person for foreigners and THB 40 per person for Thai citizen. Payment need to be settled at the hotel. Please note that 500 Rai Floating Resort is located at the middle of the lake and can only be accessed by a long tail boat. The property offers a chargeable boat transfer. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

A definite place to put on your bucket list if you can afford it.

Liked:the views, food, staff, transport, beds, linen, were impeccable. I highly recommend this as a destination when visiting Thailand. The options of swimming, canoeing, SUP boarding are on your doorstep. and so much more.
Disliked:The Price was a little steep but it was so good I'm glad I spent the money.

Amazing experience

Liked:Amazing experience, the staff is great, food is very good and the kayaking and sweaming was a big fun for us and the kids.
Disliked:The facilities could be more practical, no fridge and no electric kettle, which was not good for us.

Rooms small and should be on solar power . Old school generator.

Liked:Looked nicer than it was for the money. Almost Maldives prices and had higher expectations
Disliked:Food was served not at same time. A table of 4 should get food same time. Food poor and made in microwave
