Didn’t get to stay buuttt….

Liked:While I didn’t get a chance to stay here I do appreciate their customer service as I was unable to make it to this hotel due to road closure and severe weather conditions. They were able to give me a refund which I am still waiting on but it was confirmed and made the request process easy !

Adequate but very good dinner

Liked:Rustic hotel with quite old furniture. Badly soundproofed, you could hear your „neighbours“ next door and from above very clearly. If you have one of the rooms directly next to reception it can become quite loud at times. The appartments on the other side of the hotel, however, look quite nice and I think they are a better option if you intend to stay longer than only for a stopover. Dinner on the other hand was excellent! And the staff was very friendly.

Great appartment and nice property

Liked:Stayed in a deluxe family appartment - very clean and nice equipped. Lovely surroundings with view on mountains and Iceland horses. Nice hot tubs close to appartment. Breakfast tasted well and had typical Icelandic products. Friendly staff.

Awesome small hotel

Liked:Great small hotel with awesome service. We stayed in one of the apartments as a family of 3 and it was almost perfect. The only thing missing was a shade for the door so that during the summer you could really darken the family room for whomever is on the pullout couch. The restaurant was also very good, with a variety of what I would consider unique dishes coming the US.
