Satisfied, not satisfied

Liked:Friendly staff, convenience to restaurants; pool was comfortable and cool. Room was cozy.

Disliked:There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom at the pool and it was not remedied during my use; the coffee creamer in the room was spoiled, clumpy and sour.

GOOD OVERALL COMPARED TO OTHER HOTELS

Liked:location near shopping and eating locations , cleanliness, bed is comfortable,

Disliked:breakfast time was too short. I was waking up at 9:00 and rush down. They were almost cleaning up for closing at 10 am. We were swallowed all the food so fast.

I booked 2 rooms which were across the hall from each other. Coffee pots in both rooms did not work. One microwave was

Liked:The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff although they were new they were very friendly.

Disliked:I booked 2 rooms. The rooms were across the hall from each other. That was annoying but I get it the rooms were booked the week before. Coffee pots in both rooms did not work. The microwave in one room was broken. For the price when I needed a sewing kit or safety pin I think they should have had them. I had to go to Target to purchase safety pins. There is laundry available onsite, but they do not offer laundry detergent to use or purchase. Overall for the price I expected a higher standard of service. In the future I will not book a room at the Hilton again.
