Liked:The whole system was down when I got there at 330. I couldn’t get my room to almost 11 at night when the system came up and the room was already paid for. When I looked online they did not follow protocol!!!! Other Hampton hotels where doing checking by hand til the system came back up. They would not do nothing til the system came back up at almost 11 that night.
