Disliked:I didn’t d feel the he air conditioning in the room was the only minor complaint I would have, it was exceptionally warm and the ability to increase the fan strength would have been nice

Disappointing

Liked:Lovely suites and good public rooms

Disliked:Very crowded pool area . As an older couple we were surprised by the number of families. Just not for us . There pool area was crammed with sun beds with only 27 umbrellas . Not a lot of shade Great for families and sun worshipers . We’re going back to Dona Filipe

Beautiful hotel, but a very dangerous safety issue in our room

Liked:The hotel itself is beautiful, well-located, and offers great overall amenities.

Disliked:We experienced a major safety issue that completely ruined our stay. Upon arrival, we found broken glass on the kitchen floor of our room. This was incredibly dangerous. For a hotel of this standard, such a serious oversight in housekeeping and room inspection is unacceptable. It poses a direct safety risk to guests, and the cleaning staff needs to be far more vigilant.
