A hotel with a charming, historic atmosphere that befits the Old Town.

Liked:The hotel is located in the historic district, offering excellent access to the area's sights and dining options. The building itself has a charming, historic atmosphere that perfectly suits the neighborhood; it is a wonderful hotel. It is rare to find a place that has preserved the ambiance of the past so beautifully. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Querétaro. The staff are all friendly and kind, ensuring a worry-free stay.

Disliked:While the hotel offers both breakfast-inclusive and room-only rates, there is also a separate paid breakfast option. Since information about this paid option isn't always provided upfront, I recommend double-checking whether the meal is included or requires payment when you order—even if you booked a room that supposedly includes breakfast to prevent trouble. That said, the paid breakfast is delicious, so I definitely recommend trying it. This is a wonderful hotel with a charming character that harmonizes with the historic district's scenery. However, I would not recommend it to those expecting a modern hotel with state-of-the-art facilities. In the room where I stayed, I found many small ants around the sink and towels. Although insect-repellent bands are provided in the room, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is particularly bothered by insects.

High standard Boutique Hotel in heart of historic Center 😃👍

Liked:Perfectly located in the center of the historic center. I could reach all sites in close walking distance. Parking in the street (free) or opposite (fee) possible. The Spa is extremely relaxing and professional. Tasty breakfast and spacious, clean room. - A high standard Boutique Hotel

Disliked:Multiple roof leaks during raining season blocking bathroom passway and also inside bathroom. Suggest fixing.

Very enjoyable to stay at such a distinctive property. Good food and great staff.

Liked:This hotel is close to the Centro Historico of Queretaro (about 5 minutes walk) and there are plenty of good quality restaurants and bars close. The hotel does very good cooked breakfasts but no dinner menu or bar. This lack will not not impact your stay because of the number of good quality restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. My personal favourite bar/restaurant is Parmillas Leonesa on the main square because the food is delicious and the service 1st class!

Disliked:Nothing to dislike about this hotel and the staff are all excellent. Special shout-outs to Omar, Charles and Fabian who were all very helpful!
