There are better alternatives for the price.

Liked:Location was what we were looking for. The place was clean and everybody was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was pleasant and brought to our room. Only on chair though.

Disliked:It was very small, stuffy because the room did not have a Window, and noisy because the door was thin and did not close properly. We could hear other guest talking loudly in front of our door late at night, and a party in a square close to the hotel.

Good but location is get louse and you can hear the noise for the next room too.

Liked:It’s very pretty and good location.

Disliked:The hotel next to them had loud music on Friday and Saturday, especially on Friday and in general, you can hear people from the next room.

Lovely quiet cushy cosy hotel in Centro.

Liked:Great location. Beautiful building. Close to plaza de armes. Clean quiet room with cushy bed with fluffy cotton sheets and pilllows. Lovely breakfast in room. Kind hospitable staff. It was my second time since last year. Will return again for sure!

Disliked:Nothing. Wonderful!

Liked:Excellent service, especially for late arrivals I had a great stay at Serafín Hotel. What stood out the most was definitely the customer service. My flight was delayed and I arrived around 1 a.m., but the staff was waiting for me and were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. The same happened when I had to check out around 4 a.m. — everything was ready and the staff made the process very easy. The hotel is comfortable and has an excellent location, within walking distance of restaurants, museums and many of Querétaro’s attractions. Great experience overall, but especially thanks to the wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

Disliked:The only thing I would have loved was a little more variety at breakfast. The fruit, yogurt, granola and bread were good and nicely served, but I’m definitely more of an eggs-for-breakfast person 😊. Having an egg option would have made the breakfast perfect for me.
