Liked:Location and cleanliness were good.

Disliked:No service room. For everything that we needed we had to go to reception. Break fast poor and it was only with were cheap foods.They charge me more and it took almost two weeks that they refund money after a lot of calling and sending email with document although they did mistake. Without any apologizing.

Liked:Very clean, staff is friendly, close to all the attractions, 5 mins from the Aquarium of Quebec

Disliked:The room is too small for 4 people. The bathroom is separated with a sliding door, no bath, shower only.

Disliked:There was a lot of noise coming from both the hallways and the floor above, even after 1 a.m. There were no toiletries in the room — no toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers. The coffee machine in the room was not working.
