Not worth the money.... the room was nice. Customer service was lacking overnight and in the am.

Liked:The lady that checked us in at 9pm was amazing. She needs a raise and promotion. The room was spacious and clean.

Disliked:The employee who worked the 11pm-7am shift was always MIA. Went to purchase snacks and was told by the woman preparing the dining area, who was also rude, that I had to knock on the office door for him. Even when I did that he still didnt come out. So when I popped my head around the door he was asleep in the chair in front of the cameras. Head tilted back snoozing away... I literally had to say "ummmm hellloooooo" . He then was startled and looked surprised like I wasnt supposed to be there. The pool was filthy and murky to where we were scared to swim as there was debris floating on top as well. For $300 a night I was not impressed. You need more employees like the woman that worked til 11pm.
