Kid's splash pool.

Liked:The staff is very friendly. They are so nice and always smile. The room is soo comfortable. The room is spacious. Worth every penny. The environment and the view is breathtaking. For kids, there are various activities for them. My kids had the most fun time here.

Disliked:The breakfast buffet didn't meet my expectations. The sambal nasi lemak is too sweet. But the english breakfast is good.

Very poor for a Hilton. Definitely not five star

Liked:Staff try their best to accommodate. Breakfast at Makan kitchen excellent

Disliked:Not a five star and not a Hilton standard. Rooms have odour that persists, carpets are very dirty, common areas unmaintained (hallways, lifts), ventilation is poor with sweat smell in common areas. Splash pool is very unclean, other pools were better but still can be improved. Bathrooms unclean, not mopped to keep to standard. Turn down service miss out rooms regularly, rewash plates and cups in room bathrooms rather than full wash through dishwasher.
