Liked:They tried to make me feel better about changing my original reservation by putting me in another site and giving me VIP status. The staff was always great.

Disliked:The VIP status was not real. We did not really get to have any VIP treatment. I was actually turned away from one of the restaurants even though I was told we could have dinner there.
