Excellent conditions - treated badly

Liked:The location is superb. The gym is good for a hotel one

Disliked:We paid when we arrived. When we were leaving the member of staff was trying to get us to pay again. Never would you pay at the end. We had proof on our bank account. Nearly made us miss our flight. The duvet has stains and hairs on it

Great bed and comfortable accomodations

Liked:The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well kept. The breakfast was good, and it was easy to check in and out. It's in a location with easy access to restaurants within walking distance.

Disliked:There was a door that separated my room from someone else's, and I could hear them, so it wasn't the quietest room. The spa is not really a spa, more like a locker room for a gym, so don't expect anything luxurious when it comes to that.

Weekend in Puerto Iguazu

Liked:The hotel's location is excellent, half a block from the main street in town. We enjoyed the spa where we used the sauna and jacuzzi (30 free minutes per day) in addition to massages that were very well priced. We didn't use the outdoor pool area but it looked like they had two extra jacuzzi like mini pools at room temperature (not hot). The sunset and the view in the roof top area is a big plus
