Liked:The swimming pool and breakfast is good.

Disliked:Staff should me more helpful and friendly. Not helpfull at all. Its raining and they didnt explain how to get to our room. Where is out room. Juat say ‘lalu sini ye bersebelahan dgn bangunan ni’ and just seat and look pretty. Please improve.

Liked:- Buffet breakfast was satisfying & delicious. Got variety of foods. - Rooms were spacious, tidy & clean. Value for money paid. We were allowed for early check in & were given connecting room as requested. - Kids & adult pools are clean. Kids pool just outside our room, its a bonus!!! - Friendly staff - reception at front office & cafe & bellboy cum security guard were very attentive & helpful - Location & ambience is good.

Disliked:- Body wash & shampoo should be provided in the toilet too. - No bellboy/concierge to carry our luggage. We were lucky at the time of check in, the security guard helps us with our luggages. - Lighting in the shower & toilet areas were quite dim.
