Lovely Quiet, Peaceful, Rural, Bungalow. Great views across the fields.

Liked:It’s rural location. The peace and quiet. I was there alone, visiting my sister who lives in the area. And this place was ideal. Double bed was comfortable enough. Nice shower, Nice Kitchen with all the necessary equipment, apart from the fridge and the kettle I never needed to use any of the other appliances. I didn’t get to meet the horses that are the closest neighbours as they were busy out in their paddock enjoying the dry weather. I met the owner briefly when we both arrived back at the same time, introduced ourselves and had a quick chat. He was very friendly and approachable chap. I am planning visiting the area again in 2027 and I definitely would use this accommodation for that stay again. All I will say is that if you plan on visiting here, use the directions that are sent to you on the day you are arriving, because it’s not the easiest place to find if you are (like me) not from the area. You don’t need a 4x4 as the access is concreted, a little bit worn, but after all it does lead up to a farm, there is a cattle grid to go over but while I was there the access gate next to it was fully opened so I could just go around the grid. i was lucky as it was dry while I was there but I can imagine that it could be a little bit muddy on the roads around here due to the many cattle farms and stables I passed on my way here. But overall I’d recommend this lovely little bungalow for a stay.

Disliked:For me there was nothing to dislike about this bungalow.

A nice little break in a lovely location. It is quite remote but peaceful.

Disliked:The only thing is to make the hosts aware of the mattress on the bed. It needs an upgrade.

Perfection!

Liked:Everything! It was very peaceful and remote...perfect to unwind...!

Disliked:The bed was comfortable but a little on the hard side! The TV tended to pixelate on most of the channels, so we mostly watched ITVX or listened to the radio..!
