Liked:Location was central and very convenient for the train station and the city shops. There were some missing kitchen items and they were quickly replaced by the host.

Disliked:It was not clean. The patio windows to the balcony were covered in fingerprints and smudges. Dust was on most surfaces , and the walls had many dirt marks on them

Wouldn’t stay here again. But good location if you dont care about cleanliness

Liked:The location was in central Preston! great walking distance from everything! short 10 minute walk from train station!

Disliked:I was given the wrong code to unlock the lock box, had to stand outside in the cold for 20 minutes at nightfall (either way no one helped). The dishes were left unclean! complained and still was charged a cleaning fee. Had a longer stay.. in description it says "someone would come clean if you're stay was longer than 7 days." No one came around. Possible mold in shower, dirty oven, and stove top.. Looked like no one had cleaned at all..

I’m not angry, just disappointed.

Liked:Location was excellent. Modern, stylish interior.

Disliked:Upon entry apartment was not clean in particular the bathroom and refrigerator had mould in it. Surfaces had clearly been left to get dirty over time and couch had chewing gum stuck on it. The living area had 3 lights that weren’t working as well as a bathroom light that had blown. Lack of blinds or curtains on windows creates zero privacy and can allow anyone to look into apartment. Very little information given on how to work appliances, in particular heating which rarely worked and was ineffective for an apartment of that size. Do not stay here if you are sensitive to noise because you can hear everyone in apartments next to and above you.
