Liked:Convenient location. Staff were polite and easy to speak to.

Disliked:Didn't have pleasant smell, bathrooms were poorly used by the neighbours. I understand some of the quality is dependent on the guests adjacent. I wouldn't usually write bad reviews, but if you are someone like me having normal expectations of a property, I would suggest you to skip it. This property needs serious work.

A great pied a terre in the middle of a growing university city

Liked:This was a clean, highly functional and well maintained bedsit style room located in the beating heart of Preston, a vibrant and dynamic university city. The communications offered by facility managers were clear and comprehensive and responses to all queries were offered in an efficient and timely manner. The quality of the room was high and even the shared facilities were of a high standard.

Disliked:The only criticism I can level is how much noise the citizens of Preston can generate in the early hours of a Sunday morning. But this was really not the venue's fault.

Liked:Very spacious room. Near train station. You got all the shampoo set including conditioner to have a nice shower.

Disliked:The noise from the next door was very loud from mid night to 6 am as it is next to a night bar.
