Nice accommodation. We enjoyed our stay.

Liked:Good location, accommodation was clean.

Disliked:My son was told off quite aggressively for wearing a swim top in the pool. The man thought it was a T-shirt but was not prepared to listen to my explanation and did not apologise to my son for the way he had approached and embarrassed him. His colleague apologised to me, when I spoke to her about it but my son was left feeling upset.

Beautiful location, but overpriced for the standard provided

Liked:The location is excellent, very close to the beach and restaurants. The surroundings are beautiful, with lovely gardens and flowers, and the apartment itself was nice and pleasant. There is definitely a lot of potential here.

Disliked:Unfortunately, for €276 per night, we expected a much higher level of comfort, service and attention to detail. On arrival, nobody showed us where to park or helped us with our luggage, even though the apartment was on the first floor. We were simply given the key and directed to the apartment. Several things also need maintenance or improvement. The entrance door was very difficult to lock and unlock, the TV did not work, and the balcony door was difficult to close. The balcony had no shade at all, which made it practically impossible to use during the day because of the heat. There was also no proper mirror in the apartment, only a very small one above the bathroom sink. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The mattresses were extremely hard, the pillows were low quality and lumpy, and the towels were old, rough and frayed at the edges. None of these issues alone would necessarily be a major problem, but together they make the price of €276 per night feel far too high for the standard and service provided. With some additional effort, better maintenance, improved bedding and towels, and more attention to guests’ comfort, this could be a really lovely place to stay.
