Liked:Modern and clean rooms. For dinner, we had a choice between a restaurant or buffet. After a long travel, we chose the buffet. All dishes were so good! Thank you to the chef of the restaurant! Beautiful nature surrounds the hotel, just 1 minute to the Postojna Cave attraction. Big parking area.

Great location, excellent breakfast, very friendly and efficient staff and good value for money

Liked:Fantastic location to visit the caves and castle and very fairly priced given the convenience. We opted to leave our car at the hotel and use the shuttle to get to the castle which worked really well.

Disliked:The room was quite small and the lifts weren’t super quick

Disliked:Dinner was awful. They advertised dinner as an a la carte menu but it was a lousy buffet. Food was cold and scarce as they were not replenishing the trays. You have to buy water and they refused to serve tap water when requested. I will request Booking.Com for a reimbursement of the amount paid for dinner. You can not drive your car to the front of the hotel. The parking lot is in a lower lot and you have to drag your luggage upstairs to the hotel level. I reserved directly with the hotel and sent several emails asking for some information to the address from which they sent the confirmation. The emails were never answered. The rooms are dated and provide minimum comfort. Many convenience items were missing or poor quality. For example, no facial tissues, toilet paper fir for a Soviet Union hotel.
