Enjoyable stay

Liked:The apartment is located in a peaceful residental area which is much quiet than the busy riverside areas. The host was very responsive. We found that the microwave oven was broken and not functioning, and the host did replace a new one for us on the same day we report the issue.

Disliked:The toilet is bright and clean but it would be even nicer to install small shelf and hooks for the toothbrushs, towels, and other small items. It would be prefect to provide a washing machine either within the apartment or the outer common area.

Pleasant stay, but with a few details to improve

Liked:The apartment is very well located, just two tram stops from the city center, in a quiet area, and exactly as shown in the photos. We really appreciated the welcome details such as the wine and cookies, as well as the security system with both a key and code access.

Disliked:As for the negative points, the upstairs sleeping area was quite warm since there was no air conditioning, although opening the window helped a lot. Also, when we arrived, the bathroom was quite dirty and looked as if construction work had recently been done. The dishwasher was not working, and the TV had very limited channels available. It would have also been better to have more towels provided for a five-day stay.

Lovely stay

Liked:The place was clean. If you're planning for a short stay in city, everything you need is there. It is a 20 minute walk to the city center which is not really bad. The price was reasonable. They have included coffee pods, wine, biscuits, and tea at the kitchen. Towels were provided. Appliances were complete from microwave, oven, bread toaster, heater, induction stove, and nespresso coffee maker.

Disliked:They could have added a floor mat for the bathroom floor.
