Liked:Location ok, staff responsive. Over priced!

Disliked:Older hotel ready for some upgrades. Staff very quick to respond to issues, but never resolved.

Loved Porto hotel is in a great location but facilities poor

Overcharged for taxi to airport

Disliked:We had a very bad experience leaving this hotel. We booked one taxi for 5 people through the hotel to take us to the airport early on Monday morning. We then found that strangely 2 taxi arrived they said the could not take 5 in one taxi even though one was booked. We were then charged 35 euro for each taxi total 70 euros. I feel that this was a scam and that we were grossly overcharged The hotel has some responsibility for booking this as they arranged the taxi for us at reception. Not good!
