Great stay

Liked:The apartment is within walkable distance to central Porto. It is clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. More importantly, I am impressed with the staff's responsiveness to the emergency situation. I had the misfortune of triggering a short circuit on the first night. Louisa was very responsive. She tried her best to resolve the issue on the night, and arranged for an electrician to check the apartment the following day. I felt reassured.

Great stay, definitely recommend!

Liked:Excellent location. We stayed as a family of 4 and it was very comfortable. You can walk everywhere from this location. The staff quickly responds to questions. I was worried about noise since it’s on a popular street but it was quiet at nights. It was great to have the washer & dryer. Highly recommend!

Disliked:A couple of the nights both the outdoor fence door and the building door was left unlocked, but the location felt safe.
