Liked:10/10 From check-in to check-out we were well cared for to the highest standards. We had a beautiful exquisite room on the upper floor. Shower robes slippers . Gorgeous smelling shower gel. I couldn't fault one single thing. Ubers all handy service to connect anywhere. Not too far from centre and old town by uber. When I visit porto again I will be booking for longer. Love love loved this hotel. Thank you for caring so well for us. I will remember our stay forever . Oh I forgot to mention the beds . Best comfort 💓

The accommodation is in a good location with good public transport connections with comfortable room

Liked:Staff kindness, mostly clean rooms, acceptable facilities for a few days. What was best for me was the location (was right next to the metro and Casa da Música) and the lofty beds, they are excellent. Extremely comfortable (like lying on a cloud), clean and high (this is important for me as a tall person).

Disliked:There were a few issues, but none of them were major. I personally didn't like the fact that I had to use the access card three times (for the door to the hotel, for the elevator and for the room door), but that was just a minor inconvenience. Our room had a strange smell (not particularly bothersome, but noticeable, maybe because of the type of cleaning products), but otherwise it was clean. The design of the room was quite interesting, the shower was in the living room, which might bother more modest people (although it was separated by an opaque glass wall) and the wooden floor in the living room was wet (there was a shower door, but you could take the water out with wet feet). Although the location was good for me, there was quite a lot of trash on the street, homeless people, and strange people. I never felt in danger, and nothing bad happened because of it.

Hotel in perfect location by metro to and from Porto airport

Liked:The location of this hotel is great as the main metro station is just outside to go anywhere we want, even the airport. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. There is also a small fridge. A small supermarket is nearby and there are other breakfast places. Though no restaurants nearby, so the other choice is Uber Eats. We will stay there again if we return to Porto.

Disliked:We stayed there twice and it seems that room 1 on each floor may be on the road side, we could hear the traffic or metro until 1am. A water kettle would have been even better for a cuppa in the evening.
