Perfect location, great hospitality, wonderful experience

Not worth the price.

Liked:Stayed here before, location was good.

Disliked:Over priced Had to request room cleaning though we were out all day. $20 Voucher was not applied to our restaurant, though offered by the hotel. Was hosting a wedding and obviously that was the priority. No service and front desk staff was non-inquisitive when it came to our stay or helping us resolve issues in the room.

Great Location and interesting property. Eat breakfast away.

Liked:Room well-furnished and very clean but somewhat on the small side. Location is perfect as we had business at Old Port and Arts District. Hotel decor is very interesting and lobby great sitting area.

Disliked:The restaurant is awfully expensive, especially for breakfast. The $20 credit is nice touch but cheaper to eat away by far. It would be nice to have had a second room chair to sit in for couple visiting.

Worthwhile if location is the top priority.

Liked:The location is incredible and the lobby was lovely. The staff was also largely friendly and helpful.

Disliked:Our sleep was significantly disrupted the night before we left because the adjoining room started having a very, very loud party at around midnight. When the noise didn't clear up after about 30 minutes, we called the front desk to complain, but they don't seem to have done anything, and the party eventually ended at about 2 AM.
