Disliked:Self service everywhere and rude staff. Anything you need you have to go and look for it by yourself. Bed so uncomfortable and old

A bit disappointed

Liked:Location of hotel and design of pool.

Disliked:Condition of room on a second look not good. Pool is very warm and the grass around the pool is fake. The neighbouring residential building next to the pool is ugly.

Brilliant stay will definitely be coming back

Liked:I’ve been going to this hotel for around 15 years now and it’s one of my favourite places to go. Great staff. Great location.

Disliked:Only issue was the shower flooded quickly and you could hear next doors toilet flushing
