We were in town for a very special reason—meeting our granddaughter for the very first time—and Shyanne truly helped make an already unforgettable trip even more special. From the moment we met her, she went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. She was incredibly kind, genuine, attentive, and always seemed willing to do that little bit extra without ever making it feel like an inconvenience. Employees like Shyanne are what turn a hotel stay into an experience you actually remember. She is exactly the type of employee every hotel should hope to have and every employee should strive to be. Her customer service was exceptional, but more importantly, her kindness was genuine. As Hilton Gold members, we stay at a lot of Hiltons and Shyanne is an employee that we’ll always remember. Amazing experience

Liked:Monique was amazing! She was accommodating with everything I asked her for and very empathetic and personable. It was also a great value. I am a travel agent and have stayed at lots of places before this was more like a resort with two pools and an amazing breakfast each day. The price was very reasonable. Steven was also fantastic! He moved us into a room that was renovated when I asked for a room with a tub. He also helped us with the microwave that had a lock on it without making us feel dumb. All of the staff including Susan at breakfast and the people that cleaned our rooms always had a smile and asked what they could do for us. Every room had a full kitchen which includes a stove, microwave and full size refrigerator. When we are in the area again we will most definitely stay here!
