Very disappointing. Definately not a 4 star hotel.

Liked:Location.

Disliked:Tired and tatty. Badly in need of a refurb. We expected far better given the location on Sandbanks. Breakfast was terrible. Staff more on their phones than helping guests. Hot buffet was never complete.

Great location, probably built in the 60’s and a little tired now.

Liked:Breakfast was excellent as were the choices available. Staff at breakfast were good and not overly fussy.

Disliked:Bath time was a disappointment due to black stuff coming out of the taps and blocked plughole that regurgitated some hairy matter. Food in Italian restaurant was very very salty.
