Liked:Your breakfast employee named Shanetta was exceptional as she greeted everyone cheerfully and helped anyone who came to her counter. She looked for ways to ease confusion we might have had finding things we needed. She wanted us to have anything that might assist us in eating our breakfast. It was refreshing to see

Disliked:My husband came with a headache (the beginning of a virus) and tried to relax on the balcony but the noise from the pool was more than his head could take. He would have like to have been given the option to be on a different side of the building away from the pool noise. He was also disappointed because he wanted a room with a tub (for my sake - since we only own showers in our house) and would have liked for it to be clearer at the time of booking online - if we were getting a room with a tub or not.
