Terrible 5 star experience

Disliked:We got a room that already had been accessed and clearly they did not like it. The first restaurant that it have we were HB, and they argued the point. The system had not been updated. The service was poor, a second ordered beer did arrive. Second night I was told I could not charge the drinks at the restaurant to the room. Once again an error on their side. Ask to see the Duty Manager twice, was told he was coming never arrived. The lack of service around the hotel was poor, from breakfast to dinner, to reception etc.

The hotel was amazing overall.

Liked:The breakfast was okay, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was amazing, and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The only downside was getting there — the navigation took me through a route with bushes and rough roads, which definitely wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Disliked:I didn’t like the hidden tourism charges, but besides that, the place was amazing.The hotel was amazing overall.
