Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent food, outstanding service, and great scuba diving.

Liked:We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a huge variety of fresh and delicious options, while both lunch and dinner were equally fabulous, with an excellent selection of different dishes to suit every taste. Every meal was varied, fresh, and of high quality. The staff truly made our stay special. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always working hard to ensure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude did not go unnoticed. The hotel's diving centre Diving World was exceptional. It was very well equipped, and the dive guides were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made every dive safe, enjoyable, and memorable, making it a fantastic experience.

Excellent service, great location, great facilities, very good food and drink. Well worth a visit.

Liked:The property occupies an excellent position with great beaches, views, green areas, pools and other facilities. We did visit three other Beachcomber properties on the west coast and felt that Cannonier, though not 5 star, had the edge in many facilities. The restaurants were all very good, a good buffet that catered for all tastes, the al a carte Italian and Navigator excellent. Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and well equipped and very well serviced. Staff who looked after us were nothing short of wonderful, Rama in room service, Luchuman in the restaurant, Ria who welcomed us to breakfast and Chintoo who was a font of all knowledge, along with many others too numerous to mention. Bar staff also deserve a special mention.

Disliked:Very little, just perhaps a need for the senior management to be more visible and engage a bit more.

Stunning location with nice facilities.

Liked:Great location and nice property to wander around. We went diving using the on site dive shop which was a nice touch. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The spa was great and looked beautiful. The gym was nice and new albeit very small so when there was more than 2 people in there it was cramped. Mont Choisy Beach nearby (about a 1.5km walk) was one of the most beautiful I've seen in my travels. The one at the hotel itself wasn't great so definitely worth a walk down the road.

Disliked:Room service only topped up one of each item and even then sometimes missed things (noting that its an all inclusive so wasn't great). The restaurant had incredibly limited options for vegetarians. Was a little difficult to get water throughout the stay as well. We arrived early and tried to check in early which wasn't possible which was no issue as we were able to use the facilities. However coming back at check in time we were told we would have to wait 5 minutes. Again, no issues but 15 minutes later we were told we would have to wait another 10 minutes which overall was just a poor client experience.
