would not pick again. Not worth the price

Liked:the late night deskman Fresno was super kind. The pool was big and parking was somewhat ok, and jus tone night had to be far. The 7th floor was as well. I asked because I read of the noise. The bus stop was close.

Disliked:I got stuck in the elevator, called the front desk, rang the alarm which did not prompt anyone to talk to me in there, no one was answering, I had to call the front desk three times with no internet bc the lights went out and was in there a while and neither the guy on duty nor the person trying to fix it were communicating and when it opened they did not ask if i was oik, or apologize or care at all. I still cannot believe it and I asked them to watch the video and they did not and I didn't even know if they had a video in the elevator by law. I filled out a civil complaint and again no one, not even the manager in the next three days contacted me, or tried to speak of the incident. The customer service of the workers who did not attend to me when i was stuck on the elevator or care to see how I was, I still cannot believe that, the fact my flight was cancelled and I would have still have to pay and so I took another flight...which I should have cancelled the hotel but was too late, the manager was not kind nor understanding of my situation, was not willing to compensate for all the issues. I flew in and had a double bed or two single beds which they called an upgrade. I had the drying rack broken and ant problem night but sprayed it. Having everything in German was not ok either, and not being able to watch the World cup in spanish was ridiculous. The fact I would have to to pay for a safe when on booking.com it says included but not with pay.was again ridiculous..and that I paid a lot with no breakfast, no safe and not even a coffee maker for a 3 star hotel. Never again...

Fabulous Hotel

Liked:Beautiful Hotel,great location,friendly staff,superb choices on Buffet for Breakfast & Dinner.Spotlessly clean & very well run.

Disliked:Very little! I would suggest more names over the dishes to determine what they are.eg....several Fish salads but nothing to indicate what's in them. Same with the Hot starters.

Really good for cyclists.

Liked:Rooms were clean and a fair amount of space. Breakfast was pretty good and a good range of choices. Pool and pool area also very good. The basement area to store bicycles was excellent.
