The best rest

Liked:I loved everything about my stay and I wish I had booked Tropical as my primary hotel for my whole stay in Palma. This place made me fall in love with the island. The art in the lobby is lovely and I cannot speak highly enough about the staff, they were so helpful and kind. It's wonderfully located and my room was amazing! I am also really glad I booked with the breakfast and dinner included because the food was brilliant. It's conveniently situated to the beach (obviously) but also a few mins walk from the aquarium, close to shops and other facilities

Disliked:There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

Friendly and helpful hotel

Liked:Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. We had a room with a view direct to beach, very nice. Very good breakfast buffet, a lot of choices. Food excellent.

Dissappointing

Liked:No Entertainment at this hotel for those of us who could not go too far from the hotel. Older guest like us might find that having no grab handles in the shower challenging. Mainly German clientele .
