Liked:The sofa area and main concierge was very nice and comfortable. The hotel in general Was well looked after. Very disappointed with the room size very cramped for three friends. Bathroom door was very heavy and didn’t allow for any privacy. The air-conditioning unit was not pumping out sufficient cold air.

We had a fantastic holiday at HM Tropical

Liked:The hotel is conveniently located with close approximity to the airport and Palma city (30min by buss). The noise coming for airport didn't bother us at all, which was one of our concerns pre-trip. It's very difficult to pinpoint anything that would have bothered us during our stay. The staff were great, the food was good with plenty to choose from, the room was clean, the beds were great. We truly enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend.

Great place for a beach break in Mallorca.

Liked:This is a really good place to stay if you're in Palma de Mallorca. It's on the beach and it's out of town. There's an easy 15-minute bus to the airport. The room itself was great. We had a side sea view. The pool area was fantastic and they allowed us to use the pool area all afternoon even after we checked out. The restaurant buffet was brilliant. Although we didn't book with half board, I would suggest that that's a really good idea because I think it was about €24 for the evening meal and it was certainly worth that. If you can get it cheaper, do it.

Disliked:The only downer, and it's a very small one, is you can't order food to your sun lounger. Around the pool you have to go and sit at one of the little tables to eat lunch but that's a very minor point.
