Disliked:Daily breakfast was exactly the same every single day. The reception service was terrible — “put your luggage in the storage room yourself”; they could not even be bothered to help, and because of this the stored belongings are not secure at all, as anyone has access to them. Overall, this is basically an old hotel with only a superficial refurbishment. The rooms are very small with only basic equipment. The toilet seat was disgustingly yellow. Poor-quality elevators. There was a musty and sewage smell in the room. Absolutely no flexibility regarding late check-out, not even for 2 extra hours despite the hotel having such a large number of rooms.

Pleasant Family Stay Overall Despite Initial Room Issue

Liked:Overall, we had a positive experience at the hotel and enjoyed our family holiday in Palma de Mallorca. The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere and the common areas are pleasant. The rooms are not very large, but overall they were comfortable enough for a family of three. We did have an issue on the first night, as we were assigned a room that was not the one we had originally booked through Booking.com. Unfortunately, the staff member present that evening was not very helpful and came across as quite rude. However, after we raised the issue the next day, the rest of the staff handled the situation professionally and kindly, and they were able to change our room. The other staff members, including the cleaning ladies and the restaurant/kitchen team, were all very friendly, approachable, and welcoming throughout the stay. Cleanliness was also good overall. Despite the initial inconvenience, we appreciated the effort made afterwards and had a pleasant and relaxing holiday experience.
