Rui Blanca Resort - Looking forward to a return with family and/frienfs

Liked:We found it was easy commute by knowledgeable to the facility. We live part time in Panama City, Panama

Disliked:The only thing I was surprised about was that the lobby does not have air conditioning which could be uncomfortable several large groups at check in time. Guests waiting to be checked in were served cold drinks to keep cool. Tip: Arrive about 30-45 minutes early, if possible

It is a comfortable hotel, in our opinion, this is NOT a luxury hotel and it is NOT a 5-star property.

Liked:It’s a nice facility. Nice pool, nice beach.

Disliked:I stayed here with my husband and son, and in our opinion, this is NOT a 5-star hotel. It is a comfortable hotel, but it is not luxurious. The room we were assigned was spacious, but the bed was uncomfortable. Instead of comforters, the bed only had a thin sheet. We found a blanket in the closet, but it was stained and torn. The pillows were small and very firm (we requested extra pillows, but received the same type). The towels in the room had a strong unpleasant odor. Every day we had to request fresh towels because we could not tolerate the smell. The towels were old, rough, and some were even torn. The cabinet under the TV was the only piece of furniture with drawers. Since we stayed for five nights, we needed somewhere to unpack our clothes, but the drawers smelled bad as well. As a result, we ended up living out of our suitcases for the entire stay. We did enjoy the buffet, and the food was fresh. However, I want to reiterate that, in our opinion, this is NOT a luxury hotel and it is NOT a 5-star property.
