Great Hotel for young kids.

Liked:Rooms large and cleaned daily, good entertainment for children, outside areas spacious with nice fresh towels daily

Disliked:We went All Inclusive but not everything is included! Children’s area is €10 per day pp, only certain drinks are included, not enough staff on the pool bars, people were waiting for ages to be served, large pool area in the middle of complex is for Gold AI, waste as nearly empty all the time, it used to be the Adults only area!

A once-excellent hotel that has significantly declined under new management, with poor service, disappointing facilities

Disliked:I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The manager was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, demonstrating a clear lack of customer service skills. Based on this experience, I would not return to this hotel or recommend it to others. I previously visited this hotel nine years ago and had an excellent experience. However, since the change in management in 2025, the hotel has changed significantly, including many of the staff, and unfortunately, the overall standard has declined. I would not recommend this hotel for adults looking for a relaxing holiday. It now appears to cater almost exclusively to families with children. This should be made much clearer on the hotel’s website and booking platforms. There is no longer a dedicated adults-only area; what was previously the adults’ area has been converted into a Gold Suite section for families, while a separate children’s area has been introduced. The facilities were also disappointing. The cold Jacuzzi was frequently out of order, and despite signs stating that children under 12 were not permitted to use it, this rule was not enforced. The cleanliness of the room fell well below expectations. The bathtub was heavily stained, making it unusable. The food was another major letdown. While breakfast was enjoyable, both lunch and dinner were of a very poor standard. The all-inclusive package did not represent good value, and the alcoholic drinks were extremely weak. I would not recommend choosing the all-inclusive option. The only highlight of the stay was the spa, which was excellent; unfortunately, every other aspect of the hotel was disappointing. Overall, this hotel no longer offers the quality of experience it once did, and I cannot recommend it based on my recent stay.
