Nice room, poor management communication

Liked:My room was very nice and well cleaned, close to where we needed to be for a funeral

Disliked:Manager never called back with our issues, we had 5 family members staying in 4 rooms. some for 3 nights, some for 2 nights. We had many issues in front desk from handling my account, another customer given a key to my room. I felt front desk was not trained well enough to handle this and could not get answers or help from the manager that i was told was not there on any days we stayed.

Very disappointing

Disliked:Well very disappointing. Pulled out the sofa bed and a brown stain on the mattress cover. Which I was told from the girl when I asked to have it changed that there should have been sheets on it. So yeah to cover the brown discusting stain. So gross. And the fridge and microwave was not working. My husband needed the fridge for his insulan for his diabetes. They could not change my room or get another fridge. Not to mention the bagged breakfast for the mariott is kind of a turn off and disturbing.

Extremely disappointing

Liked:Upon arriving at our room, we encountered several issues that made our stay extremely disappointing. The sink drain was clogged and draining very slowly, and the bathroom itself was not clean. We attempted to fill our water bottles before heading out, but the water dispensers were not providing cold water. The ice machine was out of service, and the pool was also unavailable. The next morning, the hot breakfast items were cold, and we waited 30 minutes for coffee because the machine had reportedly been broken for days, requiring staff to go to another hotel to fill the carafes. At checkout, we raised all of these concerns with the front desk, but the manager closed his office door without coming out to speak with us. We received neither an apology nor an explanation.
