Liked:Beds are low, requested firm pillows and stated we had all the pillows are in the room. Paid cash for tokens to do laundry and we were told what we didn’t use we would get cash back. Upon checking out, stated no cash back. Hotel looks wonderful outside but rude front desk and lies, will not stay again. Don’t go to this one pick another one, deceitful practices.

Perfect for teams traveling to the area!

Liked:We had the pleasure of staying at the Homewood Suites By Hilton Plano- Richardson this past April. We were in town for a National Sled Hockey Tournament - and had a lot of families traveling in. We worked with Julie on their sales team - who was responsive, thoughtful and answered all the questions we had. For us, we loved the larger room options for families, the pool and basketball court for the kiddos, and the fire and chairs in the courtyard for the adults. Everything was great - from the atmosphere, the breakfast, the friendly staff, the daily cleaning services, and the value for the rooms!
