Location was great but was overpriced for the quality of the facilities.

Liked:The location to our event was fantastic, the room was clean overall.

Disliked:Construction made getting around and getting breakfast difficult. Our room did not seem to have hot water and when we tried to call the front desk nobody ever answered both when called from the in room phone and when we called the hotel from our cell phones. There was a slight chemical/burning smell at times as well.

Disliked:It was under construction. A mess. Had to go out of doors to access the elevators and rooms from the lobby. There was trouble with the elevators. The hairdryer broke in my hand. One day the water was luke warm for my shower.

Liked:The location.

Disliked:Was supposed to have a city view and I had a great view of two interstate overpasses that came with plenty of traffic and noise. Construction on the hotel itself. Old furniture. Terrible mattress !!! Outdated shower/tub facilities.

Liked:Location. Right across the street fron PNC Park

Disliked:Construction going on. Should look into changing parking policy. I rented a suite with 4 adults and 2 cars. O ly 1 car per reservation. So I had to pay 30 for overnight parking . Would love e to have that reimbursed since nowhere does it state that in your ad. Thank you
