Liked:We had a wonderful stay! It’s a beautiful hotel and a great choice for families looking for a relaxing holiday. A huge thank you to the Kids Club team — our kids absolutely loved it! We stayed in a spacious family room in the East Wing. Everything was well organized and the staff throughout the hotel were warm and welcoming. A special thank you to the room service team — anything we asked for arrived very quickly — and to Lana at the pool bar, who was always so friendly and made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. The only thing we would improve is the breakfast — a little more variety from day to day would be nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Good view but not worth it

Liked:The view was nice but the staff at the bottom restaurant were not so friendly. The guys with the golf carts were the nice staff and very helpful!

Disliked:Some staff were very rude and the property is not wheelchair accessible even though it states it is.
