Disliked:They were rude, pressing and unprofessional. We didn’t stay. We booked a room and arrived only to find out they tried to charge us extra for our service dog. Two because we had a dog, later found out they put us on what they called the bad side. I go to the room and first sign it is going to be bad is the door is bent in as id someone kicked it in. Entering I see it is dirty still and the cherry on top was finding drugs still on the counter top. Lines and crystal meth. I report it to the host and she tried to rebook me another room unfazed. It was a hassle to get my refund from them.
