Liked:The beds was terrible my back was pained everyday I woke up in it . Staff could smile a lil more. Check in desk was extremely slow, the activity desk lady was so aggressive trying to pressure us into buying the excursion. Every time I checked to see if my room was ready she was on my back , besides the beach and pool was nothing for kids to do. Laurel the pizza lady was amazing she was my favorite person and her pizza is fresh and amazing ! None of that frozen pizza stuff !

Awesome

Liked:Loved the area, the views are beautiful. Beach where the water is SO BLUE and warm.

Disliked:Safe didn’t work. Only gave one wash cloth had to request two.

Liked:The location and the view of the bay from our room was beautiful. The Mix was a nice roof top bar, food was good, could use a bigger menu, and wish the roof was facing the sunset. Service was Excellent!! Lou at the Gizmo Bar was Great and welcome you with a warm smile, along with the rest of the entire staff.

Disliked:We didn't get the all inclusive deal, because it was bit too pricey.

Liked:We wanted a quiet location and that it was. The pools and beach were very nice

Disliked:Far too many stairs. Foul smell outside our room. The phone in the room had a red blinking light entire time. Our room wasn’t ready at 11 when we arrived. Most bars are closed on mondays. Food was ok
