Liked:The staff were all quite friendly. The staff at breakfast was great. The chef walking around made you feel like the food was made with lots of effort and love. They made an area where the guests could watch the WorldCup games. That was a real treat and well thought of.

Disliked:Need to direct traffic at the lobby. Oh can get really messy. They should make an area for waiting somewhere without hogging the hotel's entrance. The pool was actually nice but it needs some sprucing up. Looks quite dated.
