Liked:Staff were excellent. We chose this hotel due to its location to Bingin Beach, a popular surf break. Sadly the demolishing of the buildings near the beach prevented safe access to the beach. This was obviously out of the control of the hotel management, but it resulted in us leaving a week earlier than planned.

Liked:Room was dirty, shower took ages to heat up, my room door didn't lock and I came home twice to find it open wide after staff had remade the bed, don't walk on the floor after a shower barefoot or you will need to shower again, your skin will smell terrible after going in the pool, my room was the darkest little dungeon room right by reception, I couldn't open my curtains without every guest seeing in. had better stays in home stays and hostels in other parts of bali
