Clean, quiet room and friendly staff

Liked:We stayed seven nights here while in Peabody for a family member's funeral. Our room was one of the newly renovated ones, and it was clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet even though it was directly across from the fitness center. The only negative here was the poor water pressure in the bathroom. While the shower was fine, the toilet often required multiple flushes and the water in the sink was a weak stream. The other thing I found curious was that while this newly renovated room had a raised toilet, there were no grab bars in the shower. The staff were uniformly cheerful and helpful. One staff member in particular, Dee, a server at Sophia's restaurant, was exceptionally friendly and compassionate when she found out the reason for our stay. The hotel advertises two restaurants, but be aware that one is a Starbucks that is only open in the morning. Sophia's has excellent, if pricey, food. On the whole, I would stay here again if on the area.

Liked:The staff were friendly and welcoming. Went out their way to help us when we needed it. The room was ideal also

Disliked:The pool down for maintenance for the full week, wasn’t the staffs fault but wasn’t good for us to have somewhere to chill out at . The location wasnt the best due to not being able to go out of the hotel and walk, we had to get an uber everywhere we went
