Please can I have a refund or an exchange room ?

Disliked:Got bitten to death on the first night second morning the staff wouldn’t give me any toilet roll and I am a lady and was on my period then I’ve gone back to get ready bought my own toilet roll then the key card holder has fallen off so no air con no electricity no lights!!

Great central hotel

Liked:The Intimate Hotel has a really nice roof top pool with a swim-up bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Disliked:The air con is so noisy, and rooms can be a little noisy
