nice place, right price and comfortable

Liked:Solo for 1 week end April 2025 This hotel is in a really good location close nightlife, but relatively quiet and so I found it pretty easy to sleep. The hotel is clean with friendly staff. I'd definitely consider staying here again, so much so that I did ask to extend but as they're pretty busy could not get the extension so am moving with some regret.

Old hotel, very well mantained

Liked:An old hotel, very well nantained, still a gem for me. I was upgraded to deluxe room with a smile. Great rooftop pool with price friendly drinks. Room was very spacious. Staff were super friendly accept the bell boy who picked up my baggage, was asking double tip. Its a shame. Location is great, just 80 mtrs to beach, and between baht bus in both directions on either side

Nightmare

Liked:I checked into the Filler house Hotel, Soi 7, Pattaya on February 5th. The next day I travelled too Phucket where I stayed with friends for two days, on my return I was given a stern dressing down for not informing the hotel of my travel plans. I didn't realise I was living in an orwellian state that tracked my every movement. This Hotel group is not for me. I'm checking out tomorrow and ill find a place more hotel like Mike from Nottingham

Reception staff are like zombies who don't smile very rude

Liked:Worst reception people i ever seen even prostitutes are better then that , as being hotelier this type of staff i never seen , i don't know majority of guest are complaining about the front office staff why the management is not taking any action i was on solo trip but in the hotel nobody even smile they are like zombies trust me after having a years of experience in Hospitality industry i would request you to not selecte this hotel
